Does Knitted Excellence offer refunds?

How do I request a custom order?
To request a custom order, please click the Request Custom Order button. From there, it can be determined whether the request can be fulfilled. If so, a custom listing will then be created so that the buyer can make the purchase.
Why is the wait time so long for even a small item?
The estimated times are given to allow for materials purchases, which could include any possible delays, since all items are made-to-order.
